2.1. Personal data is any piece of information that relates to an identified physical person or person that can be identified directly or indirectly (such as name and last name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.). Personal data processing takes place in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data protection regulations applicable within the framework of this web application.

We collect personal data for the purpose of networking between small and medium enterprises and IT companies, informing users of the web application about activities that take place in the framework of the project and web application by e-mail and improvement of user experience. We collect personal data in order to facilitate, maintain and improve the work of the web application b2bit.ba and understand the manner in which the users use the web application. Personal data are available only to persons who need access to such data in order to perform their duties. These persons are obliged to keep trade secrets confidential, including also the secrecy of personal data.

You have the right of access to personal data, rectification or erasure of inaccurate data as well as the right to restriction of data or the right to object to data processing for legal reasons and the right to data portability at any moment. In order to exercise such rights, update your personal data or obtain information about the processing of your personal data, we kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail.
2.5. We gather the following data:
Basic data: Name and last name, e-mail address, business phone number
Company data: We gather the name of the company you represent, the name of the contact person and details about products and/or services offered by your company as well as data about a business problem that you would like to resolve by means of digital technologies in order to publish such data on the web application.
Automatically collected data: We gather information that is usually provided by web browsers, cell phones and servers. For example, this includes the type of browser, IP address, unique device identifiers, web reference site, date and time of access, language preferences, operating system and mobile network data. Such data are gathered during the use of the web application. We also collect information about the use: We collect data about your use of the web application. For example, we collect information about activities that the users performed using the web application. In other words, we know who did what and when by means of the web application. We also gather information about what is happening when you use the web application (e.g. website displays, change of data on the website, etc.) together with the information about the device (e.g. the size of the cell phone display, name of the mobile network and cell phone producer). Such information is used in order to identify how persons use the web application and how it might be improved. We gather data about the location: based on your IP address we can obtain an approximate location of your device. Such information is used to calculate how many persons from certain geographic areas are using our services. 3.1. We use data on companies in order to publish them and enable other companies interested in contacting them to do so and to provide information about activities that take place in the framework of the web application. Companies themselves enter such data, provide their consent for the publication and guarantee the accuracy of such data.
You can subscribe for a newsletter by entering personal data through the web application. Such data can be used to inform you about novelties and activities by e-mail. The initial and all subsequent newsletter mails include a link that a subscriber can use to unsubscribe and thus stop receiving newsletters. During the process of confirmation of newsletter subscription, the administrator will save the IP address of the user as well as the time and date when the newsletter subscriber database entry was confirmed. Such a newsletter registration procedure ensures additional control of subscribers’ consent to receiving information. We will not share personal data of newsletter subscribers with third parties. If a user cancels his/her newsletter subscription, all data of such a user will be deleted from our database. A newsletter subscriber can cancel his/her subscription at any moment.
3.3. Web application user data monitoring
This web application uses Matomo for a user behaviour analysis. Cookies gather information about the behaviour of web application users, including an abbreviated IP address of the device that is being used, and send it to a server. The server anonymises data and stores it for the purpose of a user behaviour analysis. The current state of art technology makes sure that, once such data is anonymised, it is no longer possible to trace it back to the original device or link. Information generated by cookies is shared only within the internally managed server and is never shared with third parties. Data is processed in compliance with Article 6, Item 1.f of GDPR for the purpose of achieving legitimate interests of the data controller, and in this specific case for the purpose of improving the work of the web application. You have the right to object to the processing of your user data for the purpose of user behaviour analysis.

Note: The cookie opt-out plugin is stored in your device in order to prevent the collection of your user data during the visit to this website. 3.6. We use your personal data in our possession in order to respond to all your inquiries regarding the web application or the topic that it is dedicated to.
4.1. We do not sell personal data of web application users in any case.
4.2. We share user information only in case of a legal obligation and we do so by applying the relevant protection measures: In those cases where it is provided for by law or in cases when it is necessary for the purpose of preventing, detecting or prosecuting crimes and fraud, we will share your personal data with the competent authorities. If the authorities request this by presenting a court order or another legitimate request, we are obliged to disclose your data.
5.1. No network service is fully secure. However, we invest maximum efforts to protect your data from unauthorised access, use, change or destruction and we are taking all the necessary measures for this purpose. We also use the relevant data protection systems and procedures for this purpose.
6.1. You can submit a request at any moment in order to exercise your rights related to data that were gathered during the use of the web application b2bit.ba.
The administrator will enable you to exercise your rights within 30 days or will inform you if there are justified reasons for an extension of this deadline. In order to exercise your rights, the administrator must confirm your identity as the holder of personal data. If we are unable to do so, we will have to reject your request in order to protect the data from unauthorised access and abuse.

6.2. The right to erasure of data (the right to be forgotten) – The request for erasure of data is submitted by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the request for erasing data, we will confirm the receipt and initiate the data erasure procedure. Your data is kept during the shortest possible time, depending on the purpose for which it was collected.
6.3. Personal data that you entered during the registration and use of the web application is deleted within 72 hours following the receipt of a request for erasing it. The data that was collected by means of an automated procedure during the access and use is kept for 3 years, but we cannot connect it with you and your personal data. The purpose of keeping such data is the protection of security and integrity of the web application and statistical analysis. If the deadline for the erasure is extended due to technical or other justified reasons, we will inform you about this in writing.
6.4. The right to data portability – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to obtain and reuse your personal data in a structured, usual and machine readable format. In addition to this, in some cases you have the right to the transfer of such information directly to a third party.
